There are funds available to assist guests in covering the cost of the room and taxes. All incidentals will be the responsibility of the individual guests. Please indicate your need for a hotel room on the registration form.

We will make accommodations for your luggage to be stored if you are not able to check into your room earlier that day.
A credit card must be presented upon check-in for incidentals which must be paid in full upon check out. Please keep in mind that late registrations may not be accommodated by the host hotel.
Travel Information:
Air Travel
Information about Washington, DC’s regional airports, Dulles International and Reagan National can be found at http://www.metwashairports.com/default.htm
Reagan National Airport is approximately 1 mile from the Hyatt Regency Crystal City and there is a complimentary shuttle that runs between the airport and hotel throughout the day. If travel to Reagan National Airport is not possible or is cost prohibitive, Dulles International is approximately 30 miles from the Hyatt Regency Crystal City. There is no complimentary shuttle to or from Dulles International. Travel to and from Dulles is possible via taxi (approximately $40 – $55) or a Bus/Metro service (more information below).
Participants who are able to cover their own travel costs are free to book their own airline reservations by a method of their choosing.
Women Against Prostate Cancer has a limited budget available for travel stipends. If you are not able to cover the cost of your travel, please let us know by choosing the appropriate check box on the registration form and we will contact you to arrange travel.
Ground Transportation
Individuals will be responsible for their own ground transportation, although we are happy to assist you with your arrangements.

Valet parking is available to the group at a discounted rate of $13.00/day.
Transportation to the hotel is available as follows:
- Complimentary Shuttle from Reagan Washington National Airport is available every 20 minutes between 5am – 12am daily.
- Taxi Service: Approximately $10 – $12 from Reagan National Airport, Approximately $40 – $55 from Dulles International Airport.
- Subway/Public Transportation: Metro (Washington Metropolitan Transportation Authority)
If you would like to take public transportation from Dulles International Airport you will have to take a bus and then transfer to the Metro, you can find directions on how to do so at: http://www.metwashairports.com/dulles/809.htm. You can also learn more about Metro at http://www.wmata.com
Participants will travel to Capitol Hill on Wednesday, October 5 via Metro. Metro passes will be provided.
Dress:
The dress code for the event is business or business casual. Please keep in mind that on the 2nd day of the conference you will be doing a considerable amount of walking, so please wear practical shoes. Also the average high temperature in October in Washington, DC is 69 degrees with an average low around 54 degrees.
